Pre Cleaner

Tray Separator

The APIT Paddy Separator is an oscillation-type paddy separator with a very high sorting performance and an easy maintenance design.

All varieties of rice such as long grain, medium grain and short grain can be sorted easily and accurately.

It separates a mixture of paddy and brown rice into three distinct classes: paddy, mixture of paddy and brown rice, which inturn sends the paddy to Sheller, mixture of paddy back to the paddy separator and brown rice to further whitener.

  • PLC & HMI controlled automation system for deck angle adjustment & inlet opening control.
  • RPM will vary based on the product & performance through VFD.
  • Capacitive Sensor for machine automatically stops when the tank is nearly empty.
  • Adjustment during operation is not necessary because of its constant and stable separating performance.

Whitener

The APIT Rice Whitener incorporates advanced techniques to whiten rice. The product is subjected to abrasion in the chamber between the sieves and grinding wheels to remove a thin layer of bran. To attain the desired whiteness of the rice, it uses the vertical abrasive grinding wheel that follows the top to bottom working principle. The rice is whitened very gently between grinding wheel & screen without changing the original shape of the rice kernel. It is construced with silicon carbide wheels to reduce the grain damage during the whitening process. A specially designed aspiration system removes the bran produced during the whitening process.
  • PLC & HMI introduced for controlling the whiteness, adjustment outlet through actuators, current display & aspiration display.
  • Silicon carbide griding wheels assures higher head rice yield and reduces broken yield.
  • Ensures uniform whiteness on all grains for brake adjustment, worm & worm wheel gear arrangement provided.
  • Capable of handling raw, steam, and parboiled rice.
  • Whiteners are designed for superior output of whitened rice with broken rice at lower percentage.

Silky Polisher

The APIT Water Jet Polisher machine polishes the rice surface by spraying water through the mixing chamber and creating friction among the rice grains using milling cam rollers. Greater (Water & Air) mist-adding capacity controls rice temperature during polishing and allows uniform removal of bran, producing brilliantly white, shiny rice.
The weight-controlled outlet of the polisher controls the retaining time of kernels inside the milling chamber. Easy maintenance is facilitated by features such as motor placement outside the equipment body.The machine is specifically designed for all type of rices.

Blending with packing

The APIT Blending with packing machines fully equipped with automated Controller. Set the machine for required Baggage weight & Blending ratio. accordingly weighing bin measure the product with the help of load cell PLC. If set value is achieved, weighing bin opens and the product is discharged into the mixer bin. Our efficient padel mixer, mixes the product till complete homogeneity is achieved. Once mixing is complete, the bagging attachment allows to bag the product to required weighment.
